Reportedly, Dementia Boy is going to require private businesses to require their employees be pseudo-vaccinated for ChinCOVID, or do weekly testing. There would be “substantial fines up to nearly $14,000 per violation.” This would apparently apply to all businesses with 100 or more employees. $14,000 fine per violation.
This is being reported in other outlets, but so far it’s all, He’s going to do it. I’m looking forward to seeing what alleged authority he has for this. Actually, I can see one way to backdoor it in, but it would require Administrative Procedures Act rulemaking, followed by massive lawsuits which would most likely started with injunctions against enforcement.

Apparently Biden is scheduled to make this announcement at 5PM. Given his past history of repeated reschedules, he might make it around 6:30 or 7:00.
