Weirdly, due to an oddity that turned up once in what I would have thought was an unrelated web search, I happened to recognize that outfit as Raven, of Teen Titans.

Cosplay? I hope it’s cosplay. Did this have something to do with a convention?

What sort of jail facilities are required to contain the “daughter of a supremely powerful and dangerous inter-dimensional demon”?
