Has anyone seen a full transcript of Gropin’ Joe Xiden’s SOTU speech as delivered?
Every one I’ve found is word for word identical to the one the White released before he gave the address: “Prepared for Delivery”. Some admit that what is posted is the as-prepared version, but other claim it’s the actual transcript.
Seeing as how Biden is incapable of not going off-script, I found the claims that it’s “actual” a bit dubious. And since various quotes from the delivered address don’t match the as-delivered…
Odd. This is the first time I haven’t found at least a preliminary transcript the day after the SOTU address.

The New York Times appears to have it. I only heard the later part of the speech, but recognize in this transcription some of his remarks made in response to noises from the audience. https://www.nytimes.com/2023/02/08/us/politics/biden-state-of-the-union-transcript.html
That’s paywalled. But looking at the source code I do see he calls Schumer the Senate minority leader.
