He’s knows damned well he wouldn’t be elected. Hell, even Real Clear Politics doesn’t include him in their polls (but they do include multiple people who have not declared).

It’s all about BS campaign fundraising for fun and profit (and if you think only the Dim branch of the uniparty does that, I’ve got this bridge…).
