I don’t think that’s actually possible, Breyer

SCOTUS Justice Breyer on court packing.

Left-Wing Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer Warns Against Court-Packing: It Will ‘Diminish’ Confidence
Justice Stephen Breyer, widely known as one of the three liberal justices on the Supreme Court, warned against left-wing calls to pack America’s highest court with additional justices in order to weaken the conservative majority, explaining during a Tuesday Harvard Law School address that it would “diminish” confidence among the American people.

Confidence? In the courts? Can’t really “diminish” what doesn’t even exist:

The legislators abandoned law. The rulemakers blatantly lie. The courts are full of crossdressing, moronic oathbreakers. Sure, Justice Thomas assures us the Supreme Court won’t touch the Second Amendment, but the post-Heller record demonstrates that simply means they won’t touch a Second Amendment case, leaving infringements standing.

They’ve left no “rule of law” for — previously lawful — gun owners, who counted on that very thing.

Too late for that, Breyer
