When Dims Don’t Like Supreme Court Rulings

…they just ignore them.

Pennsylvania to count undated ballots, election official says, despite US Supreme Court ruling
Pennsylvania’s election laws have historically required voters to include a signature and date on the outside of return envelopes when voting by mail.

However, acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman announced that Pennsylvania election officials should continue counting ballots that arrive with improperly filled-out envelopes, in accordance with the Commonwealth Court’s previous ruling on the matter.

Hey, why not? Ignoring SCOTUS on guns and the Second Amendment works.

What do you suppose would happen if we adopted this tactic?

Can’t Make This Up – Moderna CEO Announces Development of New mRNA “Injection” to Repair Heart Muscle After a Heart Attack
This week, the vaccine maker officially announced it has developed a ‘cure’ for the tyrannical medical-industrial complex’s latest manufactured health crisis. In the wake of all of the cardiac-related death and sickness caused by the first iterations of the experimental mRNA vaccine, Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel revealed the company’s new treatment for heart attacks – another mRNA injection! This time, however, instead of going into your arm, it will be shot directly into the heart muscle… For maximum damage effect, of course.

Maybe they can just include this one as part of the initial ChinCOVID pseudo-vaccine series.

TZP Column: Smart Guns & Smart Cars

TIME FOR A “PROTECTION OF LAWFUL COMMERCE IN AUTOMOBILES ACT”?
After partially defunding their police, Saint Louis has hit upon the real reason car thefts are up. And it has nothing to do with decades of — mostly — Dimwitocrat corruption.

When it isn’t the guns, it’s the cars.

That’s An Interesting Legal Theory

Supposedly, the feds are delaying charges against Hunter Biden — tax evasion, lying on 4473 about drug addiction, prohibited person in possession of a firearm — because they think he may have an effective affirmative defense.

Report: Hunter Biden’s Drug Abuse Delaying Charges in Tax, Gun-Related Probe
Charges were expected to be brought by the end of the summer, but Joe Biden’s Justice Department, the same department investigating former President Donald Trump, is reportedly wrestling with facts of the case related to Hunter’s drug addiction.

People familiar with the matter told the Journal Hunter’s drug abuse could be a scapegoat the defense could successfully use to defend the president’s son against potential charges.

You can’t convict me for being a drug abuser in possession, and lying about being a drug abuser, because I’m a drug abuser.

You can’t convict me for tax evasion, because my drug abuse drove me to it.

That’s not an affirmative defense; that’s what used to be called a motive.

Show of hands: Who thinks that argument would fly for a nanosecond, if used by one of us commoners?

I read that as meaning they know they have an absolutely slam dunk case… against a privileged person, and are diligently pursuing excuses to not charge.

Fiduciary Responsibility?

Supposedly, after Musk renewed his original offer to buy Twitter, Twitter responded with an offer of a lower price.

“Twitter came back and said, hey, we’ll actually knock a couple of billion dollars off the price if you commit to two things,” Bannon said.

1. Trump and other conservatives that were already banned should not be reinstated.

2. The same management team will continue to be employed.

Musk has made it fairly clear that the “management team” and its discriminatory, arbitrary, and capricious moderating policies would have to go under his ownership.

And yet here we have Twitter offering to screw over the stockholders, to whom an poorly informed layman like myself would think Twitter owed a fiduciary responsibility. Just to save their own jobs.

At the expense of those stockholders.

This aspect of the deal doesn’t seem to making news yet. We’ll see. It seems to me that if some “conservative” say, Trump for example, offered to screw stockholders just to keep his own job, that the SEC would open an investigation, and NY publicity whore Attorney General Leticia James would file two or three more lawsuits.

Expect Another Alec Baldwin Shooting In … 3 … 2 …

…1…

Or maybe they had already filmed any scenes requiring the homicidally negligent idiot to be near a firearm,

‘Rust’ Movie to Resume Filming with Alec Baldwin After Reaching Settlement with Halyna Hutchins Estate
In a surprising development, the movie Rust will reportedly resume shooting in January with Alec Baldwin back before the camera after the production reached a settlement with the estate of Halyna Hutchins, the cinematographer who was killed on the New Mexico set of the movie last year.

“Resume shooting.”

And they got some insurer to cover them? I wonder what the premium looks like.

I suspect there’s a joke about “snuff films” in here.
