Funny, they seem to be suing Dominion over a bunch of the same things they denied ever happening, and called “disinformation” “baseless claims.”
The lawsuit focuses around violations of their contract, certification issues, connectivity issues, and alleged foreign databases and scripts found on the systems. Some of the claims are on par with the “debunked” rumors associated with the “most secure election ever” claims, including internet connectivity, outdated security protections, remote accessibility, and random USBs inserted.
Looks like they’re making at least 76 claims, any one of which oughta send someone to prison. Probably several someone’s, since it means the machines should never have been certified for use.
Or used.
At this point, I’d guess it’s a battle over who goes to prison. Hence, the CYA.
